Data Deletion Policy

At Camera Studio, we respect user privacy and are committed to maintaining transparency in how we handle your data. We only collect limited information to support optional features such as feedback submission and Google Drive integration. You may request that any data we've collected from you be deleted at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data collected through Camera Studio, please follow these steps:

1. 1. Send an email to camerastudio-support@codimite.com
2. 2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
3. 3. In your message, please include:
   • • The email address associated with your feedback submission or Google sign-in
   • • A brief description of the request (e.g., "Please delete any feedback or session data linked to my email")

Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt and delete all associated data from our systems within 10 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

If collected, we will delete the following:

• • Your email address (used during feedback submission or Google Drive integration)
• • Any optional feedback you submitted, including text or screenshots

What Data Is Not Collected or Stored

• • Camera Studio does not collect names, passwords, or payment information
• • Files saved to Google Drive are stored only in your personal Google account
  → You may manage or delete these directly from your Drive account
• • No persistent user profiles are created or maintained by Camera Studio

Data Retention Period

We retain optional user-submitted data (such as feedback) only as long as necessary to provide support or improve app performance. Once a deletion request is processed, the data is permanently removed from our internal systems.

Revoke Google Account Access (Optional)

If you granted Camera Studio access to your Google Account and would like to revoke it:

• • Locate Camera Studio and click Remove Access
